About this notice
This notice applies to the UniLink website at unilinkmarketing.in and the information handled through its pages and enquiry tools. References to “UniLink”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to UniLink, whose contact address appears at the end of this notice.
The website presents our marketing technology, revenue operations and marketing operations work. This notice concerns visitors and business enquiries. The handling of information within a client’s systems during a separate engagement depends on that engagement’s agreement, instructions and privacy terms.
Information from website visits
Your browser requests pages, images, fonts and other resources when you visit the website. Hosting and network infrastructure may process ordinary request information to deliver those resources, maintain availability and investigate technical problems or misuse.
This information can include an IP address, the requested URL, request date and time, browser and device information, response status and referring page information supplied by your browser. The information available depends on the request, your browser settings and the infrastructure serving it. You do not need an account to browse this website.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form asks for information needed to describe a business enquiry. Required fields are identified in the form; your role and expected timeframe are optional.
- Contact details: your full name and work email address.
- Business context: your company, role and area of interest.
- Project context: the priorities, systems, teams and expected timeframe you choose to describe.
- Enquiry acknowledgement: your confirmation that the supplied details may be used to respond to the enquiry.
Provide only information relevant to the discussion and that you are entitled to share. Please omit passwords, API keys, payment details, identity documents, health information and identifiable customer records. The enquiry form is not a channel for transferring a customer database or confidential production data.
Preparing and downloading a brief
Entering details and choosing Review enquiry prepares a summary within the current browser page. These actions do not send the form contents to UniLink. You can return to the form to change the information before taking another step.
Choosing Download brief creates a text file on your device. Downloading does not submit an enquiry. You decide where the file is saved and whether to share it. Your device, browser, backup service or workplace storage settings may retain a copy independently of this website.
The website does not save entered form details to cookies, local storage or session storage. A browser may retain or restore form values through its own autofill, history or session recovery features. Use your browser and device controls to remove any copies you no longer need, particularly on a shared device.
Communicating with UniLink
This website’s enquiry tool lets you prepare, review and download a brief. It does not currently send that brief to UniLink. UniLink receives its contents only if you separately share them with us, such as in business correspondence or a conversation.
Information you subsequently share with UniLink may include follow up correspondence, meeting arrangements and clarifications about your requirements. Please let us know if information previously supplied is no longer accurate or if you no longer wish to continue the discussion.
How information is used
Information received in connection with an enquiry is used to understand the request, identify the appropriate team, communicate with you and consider a possible engagement. Relevant correspondence may also be needed to record agreed next steps, resolve a concern or meet a legal obligation.
Providing an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. The website does not use enquiry details for advertising audiences or sell them through an advertising service. Its dashboard views, workflow controls and technical examples do not make decisions about your eligibility for employment, credit or services.
The basis for handling information depends on the interaction and applicable law. This can include responding to a request you make, taking steps toward a business agreement, operating and securing the website, complying with a legal requirement or acting on your consent where consent is required. An acknowledgement in the enquiry form is limited to the purpose described beside it.
Office map and directions
The contact page uses OpenStreetMap map tiles to show the office area. Map resources load when the map approaches the visible part of the page. Panning or zooming can request additional tiles. These requests go to the map provider and can disclose your IP address, browser and request information and the map area being viewed.
The map does not request your device’s geolocation, and the website does not send enquiry form values to the map provider. OpenStreetMap’s handling of its service information is explained in theOpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.
Selecting the directions link opens Google Maps. That service processes the information you provide or permit under its own privacy notice and settings. Opening directions is optional; the office’s written address is also available on the contact page.
External websites and careers
Links to platform documentation, industry resources and other websites take you to services outside this website. The destination receives the normal information involved in your visit and may use cookies or other technologies governed by its own terms. A link does not mean that UniLink controls that service’s data practices.
The Careers link leads to careers.unilinkmarketing.in. Recruitment information and any application process are separate from the business enquiry form. Review the notices presented within the careers service before providing an application. This website does not collect a CV through its project enquiry form.
How long information is kept
An unsent brief is held in the current page state, subject to your browser’s own recovery features. The website does not create a stored enquiry record when you review or download it. A downloaded copy remains wherever you save it until you or the relevant device or storage service remove it.
Where you have shared information with UniLink, the appropriate retention period depends on the purpose of the correspondence, whether discussions are continuing, any resulting engagement and applicable record keeping or dispute requirements. Information should not be kept simply because it might be useful at an unspecified future date. You may ask what information is held in connection with your enquiry and request its deletion, subject to any applicable reason to retain it.
Hosting, map and other external providers maintain their own operational records under their applicable policies. Clearing your browser does not remove records already held by those services.
Keeping information secure
Reducing the information entered into an initial enquiry helps protect both you and your organization. The form is intended for a business summary. It does not provide a secure data room, a secrets vault or a means of authorizing access to your systems.
Keep your browser and device up to date, check the website address before sharing information and restrict access to any downloaded brief. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed free from all risk. If you believe information connected with this website has been exposed or used improperly, contact UniLink using the details below without including further sensitive material.
Your choices and rights
You can browse without preparing an enquiry, leave optional fields blank, revise your brief before sharing it and decide whether to keep a downloaded copy. You can also ask UniLink to stop following up on a business enquiry.
Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may be entitled to request access, correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain uses, obtain a portable copy, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions or information that must be retained.
To make a request, identify the interaction concerned and explain what you would like us to do. We may need proportionate information to confirm your identity or authority before disclosing or changing records. Do not send identity documents unless a suitable verification method has been agreed. You may also raise a concern with a competent data protection authority where that right is available to you.
Children’s information
This website is intended for professional and business use. It does not provide services directed to children, and the project enquiry form is not intended to collect children’s information. If you believe a child has provided personal information to UniLink through a website related interaction, contact us so that the circumstances can be reviewed.
Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated to reflect changes to website features, information handling or applicable requirements. The effective date is shown at the top of the page. Review the notice when you provide new information or use a feature that involves an external service.
A material change in how information is used may require additional information or a further choice at the relevant point of collection. An update to this page does not itself give permission to use previously provided information for an unrelated purpose.
Privacy questions and requests
Address written privacy enquiries to UniLink, Privacy enquiries at the address below. If you are already in correspondence with UniLink, you may also raise the request through that conversation. Include sufficient information to identify the matter and a way for us to reply.
